MAKE THE WORLD OVER WITH THE BODY SHOP & RSPCA

The Body Shop have teamed up with the RSPCA to bring light to the cosmetic industry testing on animals.  The RSPCA are running a huge campaign, Make the World Over which you can read al about HERE in more details.  The body shop have always been a brand that I have known to support the cause for testing on animals and a brand I really enjoy exploring.  When I was a tiny teen white musk was THE scent of the century, everyone donned their musk on a friday evening for the under 18's disco!

The lovely PR team at the Body Shop sent me some really lovely products.  I have been trying them out over the last few weeks and here are my thoughts:

Shimmer Waves, Shimmer Brick

This is a gorgeous shimmer brick with both bronzing and highlight qualities.  Swirl the brush all over the palette and apply for a lovely bronzed glow, and with a small brush he light cream colour makes for a gorgeous highlight.

Colour Crush Eyeshadows:

Something Blue and Sand by Me, The light colour is a great base shade, perfect for every day wear. The blue shade is a little bolder, something you can run under your eye or along the top of you lid for a more glam look.

I love a liquid liner, I find them incredibly easy to use and this one was no different, it creates a perfect cat flick.  The nib is thin enough to create a lovely day time flick but it's easily built up to a more full on flick for those festive evenings.

The Defining and Lengthening Mascara was the only item I was a little bit disappointed with.  The brush is quite thin so generally these types of brushes don't work well on my lashes,  I need a thicker, fuller brush.  However this mascara is suitable for day to day wear as it gives a natural look.

I was also sent some brushes and a lipstick which I haven't yet tried, however the lipstick is a gorgeous red which is very fitting for this time of year, I'll be reviewing that one shortly so keep your eyes peeled for that review.

Don't forget to take some time to visit the RSPCA's website and read more about the campaign.  You can also follow the hashtag #makeovertheworld on twitter for lots more tweets and campaigners views on this worthy cause.
