Hello October, I love you!

It's the 1st of the month, which means a whole new fresh start, and for me this month will be the beginning of a whole new (slimmer, I hope) me! I absolutely love October, it's probably my favourite month of the year.  The leaves turn orange and crisp, the darker nights draw in and Starbucks begin to think about their festive coffee menu, what more could you want? 

A few months ago I decided to run a whole month of fitness works out, I created a playlist on Youtube of 20-30 minute workouts and I shared one a day on my Facebook page, the response was MASSIVE!  I only shared the playlist as a bit of inspiration for others and to build up a bit of a community of like minded people who wanted to workout at home, but still feel part of something.  I ran the playlist for two months, I then took a break.  Since June and July I have had loads of emails and messages asking me to run another playlist, so October, you are the chosen month.

This month I am running my October-FIT-Fest playlist over on my Facebook page.  Each day at 6am I will post a different workout, all you have to do is join in, do the workouts and then leave a comment.  Don't forget to take before pictures as at the end, when you take your after pictures you can see how fantastically well you've done!
