Welcome to our weekly meal plan #1, this is our first weekly plan and I am hoping that this weekly planner will assist me in being more organised when it comes to dinner times.  On the days I work it really is a bit of a chore to come home and cook a meal for everyone, however I have come to the conclusion that, that is usually because we have nothing planned, no structure and I am left trying to piece something together, but NO MORE!  The weekly meal plan will be up on a Tuesday and will run Tuesday to Tuesday.  Hopefully this will be helpful to others and may just inspire a few of you to create your own weekly meal plans too.


Tortellini in a Tomato Sauce with Chorizo & Garlic Bread 

Smoked Cod with a Mornay Sauce, New Potatoes & Green Beans 

Homemade Chilli in Pitta Bread, served with a Sprinkle of Cheese

This week Ian and I are both out on our Christmas Night out, so there won't be anything!

Chicken Fajita's 

Sausage Casserole with New Potatoes & Broccoli 

Satay Chicken with Wholemeal Spaghetti

Homemade Soup with Crusty Bread Rolls (and possibly a sandwich for Mr P)
