Happy Monday you lovely lot! 

It's the start of a new week so that means the start of a new weekly meal plan.  I haven't really been meal planning that much over the last few months, but, in a bid to get myself back onto a better eating plan and get some exercise back in to my life, I am doing two things.  1.) reinstating the weekly meal plan and 2.) running my own 30 day fitness challenge.

Last year I decided to set up a fitness challenge event, it was only meant for family and friends but it spread like wild fire and over 50K people joined the event, it was insane.  I often get emails and messages via Facebook asking me to bring it back, so for August only, I have decided to run another one.  I really need a boost myself and so this will surely help me.  I also have just under 30 days until I have two wedding in the same weekend so I really need to lose a little bit of weight.  I still haven't found any dresses that I like or feel comfortable in.  Anyway, if your interested in joining the fitness challenge you can check that out on my Facebook page.  All exercise can be done at home so no need for a gym membership!

Onto the weekly meal plan, a lot of these meals have been taken from Joe Wicks' Lean in 15 book, I love it! 

Chicken Stir Fry

Steak with Creamy Spinach & Mushrooms and Sweet Potato Fries 

Chicken Pie & Homemade Chips (Slimming world chips)

Sweet Potato Shepherds Pie

Chicken & New Potato Hash 

Tortilla Pizza's & Sweet Potato Fries

Sunday Roast
