This week I'm sharing these really tasty homemade Slimming World, Chicken Kievs.  I really love garlicy things, but I am not a fan of processed kiev's, I once watched a documentary on how they were made and lets just say I'll never eat a processed kiev again!

We tried this on Monday night and it was absolutely delicious!  The recipe is syn'd at 2.5 syns per portion (1 breast), but it was definitely worth it, I'd probably be able to eat 1 and a half maybe even two!  We served ours up with Sweet Potato chips and mixed veg! 

It was really simple and easy to make, and with a cooking time of only 25-30 mins this is perfect for week night quickness.

I'm heading off to weigh-in tonight and I am not hopeful of a loss. Last weekend we had some chinese food and some crisps.  It's not the end of the world because I believe we have to live but I am a bit disappointed with myself as the chinese wasnt even worth it, it didn't even taste that nice! Anyway!  It's taster night at group today and I've made some chocolate orange bites.  They smell and look so yummy and they're only 2 syns! Recipe coming soon!
